I GTS WR game installed which was earlier SOLVED properly when my treo hotsync ID/name was dd.

Later when i changed it to amitreo i find that the solution to that game only reads in only 6 characters and give me a code for amitre while the actual game shows my id as amitreo and so doesn't accept the code.

Can any one help ?

In my case I wasted 15 minutes while forgetting to set the TREO on "Visible" so my laptop couldn't see it. Just check. On touching the bluetooth icon (on TREO) the drop down for visibility will be shown (if bluetooth is on). You don't usuallyneed the device address (except when doing something from command line/shell)

Saving a Picture as Wallpaper

You can select a picture to use as wallpaper for the Main view in the Phone application.

1. Open the picture you want to save as wallpaper.

2. Press Menu .

3. Select Options, and then select Save as Wallpaper.

4. When the confirmation message appears, confirm by selecting Yes, or decline by

selecting No.

Adding a Picture to a Contact Entry

1. Open the picture you want to add to a contact.

2. Press Menu .

3. Select Options, and then select Save as Contact.

4. Select the contact you want to add this picture to.

Tip: You can also move pictures and videos between albums. Open the Photo

(or Video) menu and select Move to. The remaining steps are the same

as those for copying pictures, but the command names display Move

instead of Copy.

Tip: Press Phone to view the new wallpaper in the Phone application.

well first off the astraware keygen works by first producing a astraware id according to your hot sync id and then ur reg code.........your problem is that your astraware and ur hot sync id r not matching each other......does ur hot sync id "amitreo"have any spaces or caps......it might b due to your changing your hotsync id

just uninstall everything with uninstall manager and try again by installing astawarekg by hotsyncing it and putting ur hotsync id in the astrawareKG....i havent faced such issue my astraware kg reads my id whether my hotsync name is 6 or 8 letters long it doesnt matter the codes work fine

Dude i need info... yesterday i was at the Sandisk office and as per them the 8gb card wont work well with palm treo BECAUSE the adapter is for low capacity cards like 1 gb nd 2 gb... but for 8 gb its not recomended... so ther are chances that i mgt again have card problem... I dnt know as to how true it is... Dhiraj K sha Muffdal need ur xpert advice as to what is to be done...

Of course, many things are NOT RECOMMENDED in life, but do we stop from doing it, smoking, drinking etc. etc. nope...

Treo 755p is basically built to be used with upto 4GB of MINI SD memory, BUT I have never had problem with the 8GB micro sd.... dont listen to these Sandisk guys and no need telling them where u use ur memory card. Just tell them it is busted in normal use over pc and they will either replace it or reflash it, and ur problem is solved.... and use it again in ur Treo... It will be detected as 4GB only but u will be able to read and write to it fully....

But I would recommend for absolutely trouble free operations u shift to 4GB Mini SD card and get peace of mind... and sell off this 8GB or use it else where...

the problem with palm device is that officailly it has been stated to support only 4gb crads ......now as with other devices with continous firmware upgrades the devices support more higher capacity cards ( as with most nokia phones with regular updats u could run higher cpacity cards nocely)......since this os has been derelicted by palm( now access power).....so thats y v r facing problems with higher than 4gb cards

Dhirajbhai... I got a new card itself... the sandisk guy was not ready to replace coz i didnt have bill or anyting but finally he replaced it... so not id format it frm phone and use it... hope it behaves well now....

y do u want to switch off ur phone completly simply turn off the radio...and use ur phone as your pda/multimedia player/ebook reader /gaming....etc. dont forget this a pda and phone

just reset ur phone once in a while to refresh the system ( though generally not required)
