Someone has kidnapped my elder brother on 30.10.2008 and the kidnapper is making ransom calls from 31st.The kidnapper's number displayed on my bsnl cell is +50977 probably uses VOIP like Skype , Yahoo Voice etc to make the ransom calls and the police is unable to trace the calls.
