Mobile Internet Browser Cn Use The Application On Computer Or Htc?

I am using samsung explore handset and in the same i am using an application internet browser which allows me unlimited surfing on mobile@rs99 per month.

Nw my usage of net on phone has increase and so i wanna go for any of the htc or pda phone,so cn u guys help me out will this application would able to run on these phones or nt??? i was jst surfing the various forums and gt some settings there for tata zone:

Well u can use internet on PC, but I don't know about the charges dear.

My dear Kanishk, you can't use internet on PC unlimited under 99/- scheme. Normal charges per minute will be applicable.

But people here surfing the internet both on pc and phone for free through r world if they are in plans like DAPO.tata zone browsing is free.there is nothing like network usage charge.so it should be done free of charges.am i correct?

In My mogul there is Reliance (Postpaid) (Nam-1) and Tata(prepaid) (Nam-2) also i am using the tata zone settings above. but i am getting charged whenever i use internet. There is anyway to use free internet on Tata or Monthly 99/- plan please help

thats coz u can configure two nam settings for two different opaerators in mogul

In another thread in the technical programming section i have seen this being discussed.there people have mentioned that by setting up proxy server settings for tata zone they can browse internet for free.please comment.

im also looking for a solution but with those settings in the first post.. its charging 10p/10kb. Too costly
