Honest 836 Report post Posted November 20, 2008 Nokia's Developer Challenge Innovative applications or widgets get rewarded Nokia has announced the launch of a new developer challenge for its large developer community. The company has invited developers around the world for developing innovative applications or widgets aimed at three distinct themes: Eco-challenge Emerging markets challenge Technology Showcase The applications should be aimed at tackling real world challenges and issues that are of prime importance at this point of time. Those who are interested can submit their entries online and if selected, will get a chance to be evaluated amongst the world's best. The last date to enter this challenge is December 15th 2008 and the winner from Asia for each category will receive USD 10,000 as cash prize, a Nokia N95 8GB device and not to mention, a sponsored trip to Barcelona to showcase the winning application during Mobile World Congress in 2009.
