Firing occured at Nariman Point, Colaba, VT Station, Taj Hotel, Capitol Cinema. It seems Terrorists had now changed their way to create Panic among innocent people. PerpetratorsIn view of the historical context, the precedents and latest analysis, the most likely groups that may be behind these attacks are the Lashkar e Toiba/SIMI (they now call themselves Indian Mujaheedin). These groups are Jihadists, have links to the other organizations in Kashmir but also inside Pakistan with pro-Taliban elements and eventually Al Qaeda. The ideological identification is most likely Jihadist although the group almost surely will issue a release to claim the attack. According to my sources this is a “planned” operation of a very new type India. “Young boys ages 22 to 25 carried out these acts and bombs have been defused at different places. In our estimate this is a large Jihadi operation against one of the emerging economies and one of the largest democracies in Asia. Yet it seems they were careful enough not to kill any Americans, as for the American Govt., the death of 500 indians is "Internal Issue" but the death of even a single American is a "war against USA". What is disturbing is that in Delhi as well as Mumbai, sp[ecialist cops were eliminated. Seems now the millitants are developing their own brand of "encounter specialists". situ1962 21 Report post Posted November 28, 2008 Why some so called news channels are spreading rumors and creating panic amongst people.they must confirm before telecast.even yesterday a news channel was showing an interview with a so called terrorist.most of the times i have seen that that particular channel tries to sensationalise everything rather than telecasting news.such things should not happen.i saw the news in channel first and sometimes later another channel told that all those news were rumors.even police had to come to immediate action.
