With Airtel Self Care customers can view their last four bills, get unbilled usage details, make bill payments online through credit cards and debit cards, subscribe to the monthly e-bill service, segregate their personal calls, view their bill analysis and summary, place online requests/complaints and view their status, update their demographic details and see graphical representation of their calling patterns and usage. Shamik Das, CEO - South, Airtel Telemedia Services, Bharti Airtel Ltd said, "At Airtel, customers are our central focal points; we design and develop all our services and offerings keeping their convenience in mind.
