papikondalu 1 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 Yesterday, my PPC6700 slipped out of my hand. There is no cosmetic damage. Initially the screen did not respond. After a couple of soft resets, the phone worked fine (also observed that this phone freeze happens after sometime). After few hours of usage and battery drain, I observed that the phone stopped charging. The charging light comes on, the battery indicator shows that the phone is charging. However, the battery is not charged. All other functionalities are fine. Any guesses on what could be done? Also, do you know if this could be serviced? If yes, where? Also, I observed the following: 1) The discharge rate has increased 2) It takes a while to sense the total charge accumulated in the battery.
