Reliance Web World provide services to BIGFLIX, BIG TV, RELIANCE MONEY, RELIANCE BROADBAND, RELIANCE GOLD COIN , in addition to the core business of telecom, which until now was restricted to the CDMA segment. Now with the launch of the GSM services, do you think the Reliance Web Worlds have the capacity to handle the additional rush. In Bangalore, one of the main Reliance Web Worlds which is situated in Indiranagar is really cramped with all these offices situated within a very small area. And also, the Customer Service representatives are really indifferent to the waiting time a customer has to go through for airing his concerns and then wait for further time till his issue is solved. Do you think that Reliance web worlds are well equipped technically to handle the additional rish in a orderly manner????????????????????????
