situ1962 21 Report post Posted December 28, 2008 That's a downgrade.in the initial plan one could use the free minutes as one wished.there was no car on either local or std calls made within the 444 minutes.now there is a car.here tata offers a similar plan,where 350 rupees of ut is given for both local and std for a rootck of Rs350 and the call charges are also good.50 p for all local and Rs1 for all ste.
