Does Ruim Card Plays Any Role In Antenna Signal Reception ?

I am having 2 RUIM card. when i used one card (2 years old sim)in my nokia 6265 the signal shows only one bar..

when i use other Ruim card(new sim) the signal toggles between 1 and 2 bars..

does sim card plays any role in antenna signal reception ??
