A STV recharge of just Rs. 22 offers zero talktime and all local off net mobiles at 40p/minute and all onnet mobile calling at 25p/min. Reliance are you awake??????????? Hats off I hope reliance wakes up soon. Reliance is already sleeping in Bangalore over the launch of the GSM services. The GSM services have been launched all over Karnataka except Bangalore.
