Netconnect Swift 40 Is Swift 40+ Now

On 16th Jan I contacted Netconnect Customer Care at *355 to migrate from Plan Swift 30 (15 hours day & 30 hours night) to Swift 40 (to my belief it was 20 hours day and 40 hours night). To my astonishment, the Call Centre stuffer informed me that Swift 40 has been renamed as Swift 40 Plus and gives 40 hous day and 40 hours night surfing. This means that you get additional 20 day hour with same charge. A good move by Reliance. But Reliance guys are charging Rs 1500/- for unlimited surf while Airtel are charging Rs 999/- for the same (Rs 500 extra per month which will reimburse the cost of a new card in six months; Airtel data card costs Rs 2999/- including activation and taxes).

Hello Sir ,

If you bought the card freshly means in this month you are liable to get the 160 Hrs for the same cost i.e.400 for 3 months after wards it is 40 in day 40 in night.

and the reliance data cards are available for 2500 at our center with activation. and for mobile free activation offer is there with us..

Pls check where you have got the data card. if you have taken freshly pl migrate to the siwft 40+ promo.

I am using this cards for last two years without much issues. The only dissatisfaction is their unlimited surf (Platinum) plan, that is too costly.
