Himanshu Singh 19 Report post Posted February 12, 2009 MTNL reduces the SMS tariff of Trump(Prepaid) & Dolphin(Postpaid) plans from Rs. 0.25 to Rs. 0.05 in MTNL Dolphin local network.(w.e.f.10/02/2009. While MTNL Delhi already offers local sms package worth Rs.30 which includes 600 local sms to any operator and Re.1 talktime.It basically comes down to less than 5paise/sms.
