Those little stickers, etc. available in the market that claims to increase signal strength are all crap. Start complaining to Customer Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate Authority, etc. now itself and hopefully they will add more towers near your place. You can also try some external signal booster antennas..

These are hardwares and can really increase network coverage inside your house.
