Your Complaint Details as follows Title : FREE SMS MADE CHARGABLE NOW Complaint Id : 14443 Complaint : I took a reliance mobile connection under DAPO plan by paying 21000 rupees and the main attraction of it was Unlimited free sms across country. Suddenly I received an sms from them stating that Unlimited free sms will not be applicable any more from 1.3.09. I feel this is clear cheating with loyal customers and this forum, which is for the protection of the consumer rights, should help customer like us who have been the recepient of unilaterral change of Reliance policies. This is a kind of breach of trust with customers. Please keep the complaint number to track your complaint. You will hear from us within 72 hours. Thank you for lodging your complaint with us. phonegeek 588 Report post Posted February 19, 2009 what was the response It was great, when you register the complaint, in 3-4 days they send the mail to the vendor/merchant alongwith the copy of the complaint and ask them to revert with proper justification.
