faizone 15 Report post Posted February 27, 2009 (edited) Hi.. i have issues upgrading from Hardy Heron to Intrepid through online update.. does anyone have the DVD for Intrepid (Ubuntu 8.10)..? Please let me know... One more problem i have is with flash installation on Firefox.. I installed Opera and the flash plugin and it works perfectly.. faizone 15 Report post Posted February 28, 2009 That worked perfectly.. Intrepid upgrade went fine.. and flash runs fine both on Firefox and Opera perfectly.. Now i have one more problem wherein i am not able to overwrite the file "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" while changin the screen resolution from 800x600 to 1024x768 on Nvidia Xserver Settings window.. faizone 15 Report post Posted March 1, 2009 Dkaile bhai...... ur suggestion to google was perfect!! All i needed was a run of Nvidia settings as a super user...
