Tried Destinator earlier which required plenty of memory. Later installed MapMyIndia based and have been very happy with it. Never faced memory issue with this one. Also it has more detailed maps for most cities and towns. Technically I am not authority to suggest if it works on Diamond but since Diamond is also WM, it should work. Best part is that Destinator or MapMyIndia will not require Internet connectivity as maps are downloaded and installed on your handset. I have downloaded GPSTEST on mobile. Few bars keep on moving on the mobile after that what is to be done ? nitink 279 Report post Posted March 6, 2009 (edited) got gps test running as well 6/7 bars out of which 1 is in green, 5/6 are yellow top left side shows HDOP as ~ 4.00 ~ 37.4 to 666 to 1.00 right shows FDC 3D @ aksha, how much did it cost u ? Do I have to exit every time ? yeah, thats n big issue u can recv calls by pressing the hard recv key, but making calls is something what i also want to know 03. How do I add myindiamaps in programe. nitink 279 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 AFAIK, connecting internet thru reliance mobile is not possible coz the homepage directs u to buy plans but yeah, UTS username n pass works on netconnect as well . go to start >setting > connections > connections in my isp > add a new modem connection give any name modem : cellular line next dial number : # 777 next username : UTS and pass click finish and u r done Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
