The recharge is applicable for gang customers too. It is being launched as a limited period offer in Delhi. AFAIK with this idea becomes the first GSM network to launch an unlimited pack among the well established telcos in india. No idea about other circles buddy. I was visiting a local dealer today and read the promo there and confirmed the details from him. Idea website isnt carrying this information though.
