vikrampustake 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 Hi Guys, Can any of you help me for my samsung W619 , i am not able to connect R- Netconnect service , error showing 678 ( The Remote computer did not respond ) , I had contact to stupid customer care for help , i as hang for last 2 day this people are helpless and hopeless..Every time reply only dailouge ( WE HAD CHECK OUR END SETTING , AND REFRESH FOR UR MOBILE , IT SHOULD WORK , KINDLY TRY AFTER 3 HOURS ) ALL SCRAP. I had check all the setting in phone modem + dailup connection every thing is perfect.But not able to connect.
