ACS 130 Report post Posted March 24, 2009 I know someone who has taken the HSDCard. Had to wait for 4-5 days more after commitment date, as stocks couldn't be billed at RComm's warehouse. Is still waiting since the CAF/Bar code couldn't be recognised by their systems for activation. The new HSDCards are pre-provisioned. No separate GSK activation required.. in built number. This was the standard worldwide which I understood. So when EVDO is set here then it should perform in similar manner. Don't for Reliance is the company who has won best 3G award worldwide. This was 2 years back. So We can expect the same on performance. So when you say you got only 600 to 800 kbps, thats too low. Are you sure that you got that speed only when you used it in US?
