balbirr 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2009 Good to see that the next generation iphone software is getting released, but i would be happy only when the iphone is available and affordable for the masses, releasing a product like iphone in partnership with cellphone service providers will hurt the image of the product in the minds of poor people, i hope when will apple realise this

phonegeek 588 Report post Posted March 17, 2009 (edited) Its out !!! Few Features : "So, iPhone 3.0. We are so excited about this. In-app purchase, peer to peer, accessories, Maps, push notifications, cut/copy/paste, landscape, messages, Voice Memos, Calendar with support for CalDAV, new Stock app, Search, and Spotlight." iPhone OS 3.0 will be available this Summer. A free update to all of our iPhone 3G customers. And it works on the original iPhone. Now the hardware has changed between these two devices. For instance, A2DP and MMS won't be available on the iPhone 1st gen. It's also available for the iPod touch... for $9.95." Mufaddal....YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT ! Full Coverage I am excited !!! phonegeek 588 Report post Posted June 1, 2009 Hi Guys, I have an Iphone with latest firmware 2.2.1. I SMS a lot and I want to create a distribution list for sending group SMS. Currently my contacts are getting synced with google although I am ready to use any other sync method which provide group support. I am aware of the ability to send out text messages by adding each name individually but you need to add individual name each time. I have both bite sms as well as ireal sms installed. I had googled it but couldn't found a proper solution. I am sure our esteemed guru's will have some workaround for it....
