zeus 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 hi everybody I had a lil confusion regarding the bill for my LSP-340e phone which i took under the 500 scheme . Haven't got any bill from reliance yet & thats a big surprise coz i started using this phone for internet since May ... now one of my friends told me to check the bill by dialing *366 . & what I find --> * your unbilled amount as on 17 Sep is Rs 1521 & 20 paise ..... * Does this mean i have only used internet worth Rs 1521 ? If yes , wow thats a rip-off then . coz I regularily consume 90 hrs of net / month . and that means 90 X 4 = 360 hrs (may, jun, jul, aug) => 360 X 12 = Rs 4320 atleast .. or am i missing something here . plz help ... zeus 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 is that true ? But then how can the bill be so much coz i haven't made a single phone call from this phone yet .. getting more confused now
Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 It doesnt includes data charges, it is only for call charges. No greens I also have FWP. And the bill contains both call charges as well as data charges in 500. I mean if u didnt make any call but did net so data charges will be included in 500. and zeus U can check ur bill at Reliance web site. It has detailed information. http://bill.relianceinfo.com/webapp/portal...et/LoginServlet
zeus 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2004 thanks bro for clearing that up ... checked that website too & its also showing the same amount .. hehe , maybe a bug has saved me from a lot of money
isacoyd 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2004 Unbilled usage only contains call charges. However when you use R-Connect, everytime you log on you are charged a call in addition to the data usage charges. This is what you are seeing in the unbilled usage. Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted September 19, 2004 Unbilled usage only contains call charges. hey isacoyd that's not true. I've a FWP connection. and every month i get my FWP bill as it is told by Unbilled info. and i also use R-Connect 1 or 2 hours daily. so ur FWP unbilled info tells ur total bill for call charges as well as data charges. raccoon 53 Report post Posted September 24, 2004 Guys ...thats the problem ...customers should in general never get into plans with ambiguities! The RIM R-connect plans are devoid of any transparency and everybody should shun them until and unless RIM does something about it! I'm glad I decided not to go for it... Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted September 25, 2004 Hey zeus! U told that: I regularily consume 90 hrs of net / month . and that means 90 X 4 = 360 hrs (may, jun, jul, aug) => 360 X 12 = Rs 4320 atleast .. So tell me when u used those hours? I mean in before 10:30 pm or after 10:30 pm. If before, then u'll charged according to 26 Rs. per hour. So ur bill might be right. Cauz u expand so much hours on net.
