dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted March 20, 2009 Try using it on a different computer; if it is recognised there, reinstall all activesync and diagnostic port drivers; if not, then u might have to hard reset ur device to rule out any hardware issues... Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted March 20, 2009 while using qpst u need to put your phone in daig mode ##3424# btw what u want to change with qpst ...u can do some editing even with ##pst# also for cdma workshop and qpst u need diagnostic drivers secondly for active sync issues u can go to settings /connections/usb to pc and try checking and unchecking "advanced network functionality " if still not working then uninstall and reinstall active sync and all drivers . keep trying .... it happens with my mogul also many times ...but after a few tries everything goes well Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
situ1962 21 Report post Posted March 20, 2009 I have done everything advised by Dr and Dhiraj but no luck.even gone for a hard reset also.also one thing i have moved that the phone isn't getting charged while connected to the computer.so is it a hardware issue? situ1962 21 Report post Posted March 25, 2009 Somehow the pins of the mini USB port of the phone had got disturbed.i took the phone to a local mobile repair shop and he got it done within a minute.now everything is fine.thanks to all of you for your advice.it may be helpful to me or others in future.thanks again.
