santanu@impaq 16 Report post Posted April 9, 2009 I have tried ASUS, ACER and finally settled on Samsung NC10 All typical features with 6 cell and offers about 7 hours backup typically. The weight is only 1.310 Kgs. I am using 2GB Ram with it to make it a little peppier in performance I have found the NC10 to be most suitable. Though there is very little difference between all the 10" models. The HP mini 1000 is asthetically very pleasing but it does not have VGA out so you cannot connect external monitor I would again recommend NC10 or else MSI Wind and then New ACER Aspire with 10" screen version The specifications of all these machines are absolutely identical except of maybe the hard disk size Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
