Reliance Communication Launched its services in J&K about a month ago and started registration for SIMs

But as of now, SIMs have not been delivered to tthe customer.

The rumors in the market say that Reliance has been Stayed by a Court order by BSNL or whatever.

Whatever the case may be, it does not augur well for the reputation of Reliance in the State
