Netconnect Broadband+ Login Not working

has anyone tried using the usb broadband?

we got stuck @ the login/pass screen after installing

i thought it was the MDN like the usb data stick...

^^^^ Takes 2 mins to register after you insert the first time & then the setup screen appears.

10 mins to load the drivers..

Another 2 mins to recognise the hardware.

During this time.. dont interuppt it anytime midway..

Then put the MDN no as User ID & Pasword.

Did you use the "Activate" button in the dialer to activate the connection first? It will take 1 - 2 minutes when trying to activate it and then try Connecting after entering username/password in Settings. If it still doesn't work it is likely that your CAF is not uploaded yet.

^^^ Is that activate button really there for a reason ?

Never did that as it seemed a blank box & above all since the number was already provisioned in the HSD.

It worked each time without the above, with new cards.. although i did get my own share of error messages.

OK, i found out that someone came for address verification between 10-6pm on fri when we were at work!

of course no slip of paper/phone/sms/email was sent that anyone would be coming

apparently we have to be psychic or unemployed to get a reliance connection!

why have they started refusing mobile, bank, credit card bills for address proof?

has anyone else faced this problem?

its very irritating...

ya me too having the same issues. i cannot login in bill.reliancecommunication.co.in site to view my bill and usage details.

is there any solution to login, and when i ask for password reset, it says as the sms ll be sent and i didnt receive anythin in the reliance net connect software.

does any have a solution for this ???
