KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted May 15, 2009 ^^^ Hi Mr. M.S.Rao!!!! I have enabled it on all my lines but with mixed responses as far as the alerts are concerned. It is working fine with my CDMA prepaid mobiles, not with my postpaid CDMA mobiles and FWPs and does not work even with GSM prepaid. However in my prepaid CDMA mobiles, the alerts come in very late, which was the inherent problem even in the MCA (Rs 15 per month) facility in postpaid CDMA mobiles. My final feedback is that the MCA facility is not at all useful in RCOM - either CDMA or GSM... Please do not waste time trying out stupid services.

Bablus 66 Report post Posted April 24, 2010 Nope.. it works for me now.. I had manually diverted the phone on some other number for a few days.. and then disabled it. After disabling my divert, I should have enabled divert to MC Alert, which finally I did today.. and Alerts are back..
KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted April 24, 2010 Good keep enjoying, I have not had the opportunity to check the service as I was not out of Chennai for long and in Chennai, the RCDMA network is very good.. Anyway, its good that the service is working indeed. Some time back, I found that my SMS Inbox was flooded with a lot of SMS' of missed call alerts which were missed calls almost a month old....
