Ramesh Srinivasan 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2009 Hello NetConnect users, My friend has a LXU-800 Reliance USB card installed in her laptop running Windows Vista Premium. All of a sudden the card is not being detected by the system, and getting the error "cannot find the card" when trying to connect to the internet. The support personnel have reinstalled the drivers and the problem still persists. They claim that a Windows component is missing and reinstalling Windows ought to help. Can someone assist us how to fix the problem without a reinstall? Perhaps a Windows Service is disabled in the system somehow?
