So it get heated up during the conversation period and cools down during stand by time. Replacing the phone will not solve your problem. It is recommended to use a earphone if you don't like the heated up phone (it does not pose any health hazard), a most common one will be well available by less than Rs 100/- street price. Low cost Nokia phones are useless and they are prone to failure. LG is a better option and they have fair battery backup for colour phones (but still those will heated up during a call). During the call ear heated and during the 45min call the phone switched off automatically due to low battery even I fully changed before that call. And also every call is not a long call.
