manishag 17 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 in place pf reliance money i'll suggest you to go for india infoline they are charging brokerage of 2 paisa/ 10 paisa and there is no minimum commitment required. also their software is stable and there web portal runs on Sun JDK. where as in case of reliance portal runs only on microsoft JVM which works only on XP and microsoft stops it since 2002. if you want quick money option then go for the SBI they have nice portal running on Sun Java. they are charging 3 paisa and 30 paisa with the commitment of some brokerage(around 5k per year)
prafull4u 24 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 hi saurav, i think the process of opening the demat is similar for every brokerage firm in my case i got the account in 25 day (2 yrs back) , not so bad I am using Axis bank account with reliance money and it takes just minutes to transfer money into demat account, so that should not be a issue They charge 500 rupees for a 2 lakh transaction as brokerage and even there are other plans you can check the website or contact local office.... Other charges: on sale from demat they charge 12 rupees (constant for any no. of share) @manishag Even for r-money there is no need of microsoft virtual machine, they have upgraded to JVM DearI want to open a Reliance money account.
