Method for using

*759#813580

this code enters u into a testmode.(from here u can change phones setting directly if it is available in menu or not sound interesting Na)

then after u can press any two digit code

if u entered wronge digit press # at any time to cancel.

Step 1) enter *759#813580

Step 2) press #

Step 3) press 25 (for backlight On)

Step 4) press #

Step 5) press 70

Step 6) press 153 (which replace old value here u can remember that value and type it back if u want to revert)

Step 7) Press SMS Menu key(right soft key) this will store new settings

Step 8) press #

Step 9) press 02 (for restart the phone)

step 3 and 4 are needed when u r in dark as ones u enter *759#813580 lights goes off

do u have any specific conclusions to how much long the battery really lasts or something?? How do u really verify if the battery lasted longer?? (i know its a lay man's question... coz am a lay man on this subject)

It not actually increase the batteray life.

think it as a put petrol tank in reserve. I suggest apply it before "Lower Battery" warning apper on display. ones the warning started to flash. it don't work.

my nokia using friends used to show off such batt backup thing to me...and i had to only see them doing it...now i got something to show too...

friends...i will not suggest using the above code for battery backup.

well, at first i was impressed because the battery life 'seemed' to be

increased. but what actually happened was that only the indicator got

deactivated. i mean till the battery does not run out the indicator shows

full battery. this is fact becomes misguiding.

now that u have given the code for battery backup...now i want the

code to revert back to my past status.

i did go to samsung asc but i had to leave my cell to the asc for 1 whole day.

so waiting for ur reply SUMIT...

but i guess, u have to put tht code only when u run out of enuf battery... I mean everytime u r low on battery, u got to use this code to activate the reserve.. right?

Jigar,

In N191 batt. full level is somthing about 220.and it will signal "LOW BATT" when it reaches about 180.

So, By applying above code your BATT should last upto it reaches 153 but in practice it go down even if it reach 183. so no practical use of that code it seems that phone overrids settings done maually.

If u want to revert then when applying code put "183" instead of "153". so u can get your BATT BARS as pervious.

FRIENDS,

i tried this *759# 813580 number , it eneterd test mode.

after that i dialed some number , it rebooted the phone , and reseted al its settings.

now can anybody help me how to get rid of this problem

and warn you not to try this w/o prior knowledge.
