M.S.Rao 64 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 In whatway you have tried. You have to activate 114 followed by divertee number. To deactivate simply press 115. Sometimes in BSNL exchanges, some numbers will be blocked. If not worked in this system, you have to complain BSNL helpline.
KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 ^^^ One more thing, you can divert all calls to your local mobile only and not to any STD mobile / LL numbers. Secondly the same rule applies for diverts from mobiles also. So, if you are from Kolkata, you have to dial out 114 933xx xxxxx and for cancelling, you have to dial out 115 only. Also, note there is no '0' preceding the mobile number.
savramesh 37 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 i dialed 114 followed by my reliance local mobile number.. but the call is not forwarded.. forward works only for bsnl mobile number or any local mobile number ?
M.S.Rao 64 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 Forward works with any service provider's number subject to within that state. Some numbers due to line conjusseions could not activate this facility. In such a case, complain to BSNL helpline
