shamanzte 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2009 Hello Everyone!!! I need your helps. I'm useing HTC Mogul 6800. I've made a Hard reset one week ago. And after Hard Reset my mogul couldn't strart or make a call. I used QPST soft and in 1x/HDR security and in R-UIM mode I choised R-UIM only. and have restarted my Mogul and after restart finished My mogul start use R-UIM and can call but can't use internet. right Now my ROM version is: R3.42.02 / D3.52 / M09 / B03 this data i saw when Mu mogul startup. please help me to solve the promlem about how to connect to internet. kshah 452 Report post Posted June 7, 2009 Hard reset usually do not reset PRL. Have you done PRI reset? If so you have to reload PRL and NAM setting. BTW is your phone really RUIM based?
