savramesh 37 Report post Posted June 9, 2009 The Hindu Tuesday, June 9, 2009 : 1740 Hrs New Delhi (PTI): Telecom major Bharti Airtel has been named the 'Service Provider of the Year' and 'Wireless Service Provider of the Year' by research agency Frost and Sullivan (F&S). Bharti Airtel was awarded for its performance in the South Asian region, Bharti Airtel said in a statement. The selection of the company was based on the parameters of growth in mobile subscriber base, EBIDTA margins, market share and Average Revenue per User. "The awards recognise Bharti Airtel's commitment to technology and business innovation, and globally benchmarked quality of services," Bharti Airtel Chief Executive Officer and Joint Managing Director Manoj Kohli said.
