** Data charges beyond free usage shall be deducted from the available balance in his main account.

2. In addition to above, following incentives are offered to customers of 3G Services:

• Migration charges of Rs.151/- for existing BSNL 2G customers are waived off.

• Activation fee, i.e., Cost of SIM of Rs.300 (incl of S.T) is waived off for a period of 60 days from the date of launch of the service for all new 3G customers. No commission is admissible for these free SIMs when connection is provided from BSNL CSCs.

• In case of migration or new 3G connections sold by franchisees, the commission as prescribed, shall be payable only after first activation or with sale of activation vouchers (Min. value Rs. 350/- for prepaid).

• Free data usage for a period of two months will be provided to all new customers on purchase of a 3G Data Card. The customer can choose any Data Plan for the free usage provided he/she gives commitment of continuing on the same plan for a minimum of two more months after the free period.

3. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
