vikasmahajanz 33 Report post Posted June 18, 2010 friends create a new gmail id using US proxy and then visit google voice and send invite https://services.google.com/fb/forms/googlevoiceinvite/ to your new id using this link In 2-3 days you will recieve mail in ur inbox for invitation. Then again using US proxy click on the activation link in ur inbox and voila u ll get a google voice account. Now prob is that gizmo is now acquired by GOOGLE so i have problem of providing US phone number for verification... Please help me for creating a new US phone number for verification... MOBILE FAN 42 Report post Posted September 4, 2010 A long back I created a google voice account. I used IPKall number there and it worked fine. Now the number has become unverified. I guess, because of the 30 days inactivity on IPKall the number got invalid. So I created a new account on IPKall. But now, when I am saving the newly created IPKall number on google voice, it doesnt allow me to save. It gives error - "+1425xxxxxx8 : This number is already being used on two other Google Voice accounts. Forwarding numbers cannot be shared across m" - the remaining message gets cut and not viewable. I tried canceling the IPKall account and recreating new numbers but every time I had the same error. So, I am not able to use IPKall on Google Voice. However, I am still able to make calls by setting Google Chat in the phone setting. But when Google Chat is set as default, I am not able to receive the call. When somebody calls me on my Google Voice number, I get a ring on Gmail (If gmail is open). When I press the Accept button it says, press 1 to accept and press to 2 voicemail. But I dont understand where to press those buttons. Any help on IPKall-Google Voice problem and how to receive the call on Google Voice ? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
