Lg V111(garuda On Reliance

i have an LG V111 running on Garuda (MTNL). i've put in all the SID/NID & MMC/MNC into the phone settings & i got the reliance settings & full network, when i try to dial it say "TO REACTIVATE THE PHONE CALL RELAINCE HELPLINE"

of course if will cause the ESN is not registered.

does anyone have a ESN Changer for this phone?

i tried using bitpim, but it does not work.

if anyone does have...let me know.

yes i have a data cable...but its a serial cable & my laptop does not have a serial cable, so i've connected my USB to Serial Convertor. this might affect the phone being read through bitpim???

any suggestions?

Those files are locked by the phone and can't be edited using bitpim.

Changing the ESN is illegal. So we don't discuss that here on this forum.
