nmorkar 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2004 (edited) I have the LG RD7230 moblile but I am not able to dump the Images/photos from Mobile to PC using LG Sync Manager 1.0.3.3 I am getting the the application error like "LG Sync Manager.exe" has genrated the ERROR and error log is created and then the mobile resets. But at same time if I connect to LG desktop it works fine.but while using Sync LinkStarter i am getting the above error. Can u give full description of error. And check the port settings. It should be set to USB port to which your phone connects. Like shown in following image. After this my phone resets. 15600[/snapback] Have U tried to uninstall, restart and then Reinstall the linkstarter and other Lg softwares.? The phone resets every time you acccess it via the link starter. that is normal -well atleast thats wat happens when i use it. Please also rechek your usb connections as i have expereinced gpfs (genral Protection fault) with other devices when the connection is not proper ie the cable is not prperly insterted. any ways all the best Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I didnt tried the other LG software where do i find this software? Please any one can help on this issue its realy very urgent? appriciate for ur help............ Try to install LinkStarter with WinXP. but first make sure u r using right USB port.
