hyper 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2004 yes it sometimes hangs. ive found that the only solution is to take the battery out & leave it out for approx 1min & then put it back & switch the phone ON. if it yet does not start, u will definately have to go to a service centre. also please let me know which software version do you have. if u do give it to a service centre, let me know which software version do they put. MY SOFTWARE VERSION IS :- RD723F10 PRL ID:- 2 SOFTWARE CERSION DT:- 30 DECEMBER 2003 I'm sure since then there has been an upgrade, can anyone tell me the improvemenats. is it worth getting it upgraded? Code 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2004 Yeah as a last attempt before going to ASC(Authorized Service Center) U can remove the battery and short the terminals connectiong to battery on the phone (Mind it - Don't short the battery - as it will be damaged). LG service center says no need for 9digit Pin. but reliance insits, Stuck in between i m the tennis ball .. but tomorrow ..
