Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted August 13, 2009 people at service centre are idiots what they will do is tell u that u have a virus on ur phone they will hard reset and then upgrade the firmware , thats what they do 90% of times better u can try out few things hard reset ur phone and memory card upgrade ur firmware if problem still not resolved then take it to nokia service centre and tell them to replace it for ya Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
