Anyone From Allahabad

Hi guys,

I need some help from person staying in Allahabad.

I need a form which is used to publish name change information in Govt. Gazette. It is printed in Govt. Press, Allahabad.

Then I gave advertisement of change in name in two news papers ( Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala ) and also in Government Press Allahabad. I obtained 3 copies of gazette.

If someone can buy the form and post it to me it will be of a great help. I am ready to pay the expenses through bank transfer or paypal.

Gazette Of India Part IV

(i) Change of the Name Notice (Adult) ---- Rs.700/- for each case

(ii) Change of Name Notice (Minor)---- Rs.1100/-for each case

See if that helps.

Side note: i guess why you need to change name?

(that's assuming you have given your real name in profile).

Thanks I_C_U. The form is for residents of Delhi. Every state have different form.

I don't knew image is to be of 800x600

I want to change name because my caste information is missing in my name. (Does it matter. YES!)

I am changing it to Nitin Sharma.
