It gives 30p/min to reliance to reliance (GSM,CDMA)(LOCAL) on day time... 5p/ min reliance to reliance (GSM,CDMA)(LOCAL)(11pm to 6pm)... It is mainly introduced for lifetime STV 31 pack holders to gain rate cutters over reliance network.... All others can also use this pack......
