Happy with performance till late june, mother board changed twice under warranty - Charging port was not functioning. After mother board change battery back up is only for 3 - 4 hours even without any usage. Battery was also changed under warranty. No change in battery back up ( 3-4 hours, in areas with full signal). I have not loaded any programs and this battery performance is in default factory settings...Request help from members of forum.
