Aircel is very kind towards its ORISSA customers... But why they are not in a mood to give this KIND offer to its very first circle TamilNadu??? Because ORISSA is its new circle and TN is not...

I think you very well understand the kind of network congestion that will get created if Aircel gives such an offer for TN!!!!

AFAIK, without this offer, Aircel is the most congested network in TN. Maybe today things are better, but this was the worst network some time back. This is solely on my experience and not on any figures from anywhere.

I too agree with the above view. Aircel was a worst network in TN. But now it has improved a lot. Sure if they give this offer in TN without tremendous increase in capacity, then it is sure that the network will go again back to very poor levels

And aircel is still the worst network in orissa, surviving just due to cheap onnet calling rate
