Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 (edited) ^ no the hardspl or "unlocker " is for custom roms esn /meid soln will still take time hardspl is also of two types , one is mfg which allows u to supercid and unlock nvm folder htc diamond and touch pro hardspls were out a yr back , but they got cracked only and only coz of leaked esn based radio we need a mfg hardspl to supercid for more help FYI , we are able to crack only sprint htc diamond and touch pro , and not verizon diamond or touch pro , coz we dont have mfg spls for verizon diamond /touch pro and we cant run esn based radio on them , we only have hardspl for verizon diamond/ touch pro to load custom roms Edited October 25, 2009 by mufaddal_km

sunny1974 1 Report post Posted January 28, 2010 is anyone using tp 2 on relaince with data and all? and also switching it with gsm? why hasnt it gotten popular here? considering mnp will come soon and then many people can change over to gsm without having to change their handset? it looks decent and has a good talktime too..6.5 hrs for cdma which is a lot. why is everyone still after the hero ? considering this has both gsm and cdma options

Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted January 29, 2010 one of my forum friend got a tp2 he send me the handset for programming so i had tp2 with me for almost a week believe me its one of the most sluggish wm phones i have seen plus everytime i used to use my fingers i always ended tapping wrong icon , and the response time was horrible infact even my freind who bought the tp2 was of same opinion , even he told me its very very sluggish its a brick , heavy , my hero felt so so lighter in front of it only thing i liked was the keyboard , the keys were spaced and quite big like calculator keys thats all i will never vouch for tp2 , as i didnt find it impressive enough i dont like sluggishness my palm pre felt so much faster and smoother than tp2 u can swtich between gsm and cdma by click of a button ,so thats not an issue the build qualiy is good buit tp2 failed to impress me
prawin 2 Report post Posted February 5, 2010 I did upgrade my tp to TP2 Last week, Its alot better than TP. Its bit heavier then TP but the phone is really good, good battery life. speaker phone is really awesome its like cisco conference box with mic mute option like you have on cisco conference box. The gps is little bit laggy then tp. As am in US, my usage and network is quite bit different. Features I use. Garmin gps - its the primary gps for my car- with universal gps stand. Google voice directly without any third party application.(Its like unlimited calling without worrying about my minutes). wifi router - the phone can be used as wifi router to connect the laptop.(it can be used on tp also).I am on sprint network i get a min speed of 1MBPS down and max of 2.2 MBPS. Gmail push- using Microsoft direct push with google sync - all my contacts loaded in Google contacts will be synced to your phone book.so no need to backup the contacts every time you flash the phone to a different ROM. the screen is much bigger, it has tilt screen so you can watch you tube videos without holding the phone on hand. I am on sprint sero plan with unlimited data and text and I am not eligible to take android phone, so never tried android. But so far its best phone for me(sprint replaced my faulty tp with Brand new TP2 for free).
