I just want to pass the information I have got it from my friend today. BSNL have been revised the tariff rates for the "Call Now Cards and Gulf Call Now Cards" to compete their opponents. I think BSNL's rates are more cheaper than other operators especially call to Bahrain and Kuwait. But one major drawback is pulse rates in 60 seconds.
