Saurav 22 Report post Posted October 1, 2009 Due to some problems I had to retain my number a new Reliance GSM SIM. Now even after 2 days I am unable to send SMS. CC is unable to understand my Problem. I am able to receive SMS. While sending SMS gives error "Unable to send message select for details" Which further shows "Network feature not supported". While trying to get GPRS / WAP settings I am getting error 40 HMe Error. Pls help me to configure. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Saurav 22 Report post Posted October 1, 2009 I inserted an another RGSM SIM in same handset without changing any settings I was able to download GPRS settings etc. Now only problem left with me is that I am unable to send SMS from my number. Kindly suggest the procedure to reset SIM, Message centre. As confirmed by CC Message centre for Punjab is 919023000500. Pls guide. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
::Hitesh:: 1,763 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 (edited) Walk in to RIM outlet and ask them to change your SIM card, tell them you are not able to get network and have problem while sending sms they will not ask you any thing more than that,and you will get same number on new sim, but you may have to submit your documents again. also there must be a wayout without changing your sim, aks the our RimWeb GURUs they may help you.
