situ1962 21 Report post Posted October 13, 2009 hi friends, i am in a fix now.the pin of the usb socket of my vogue got broken somehow.now the phone is getting charged but active sync is not working.locally here at my place the socket is not available.can any one tell me the usb socket of which model of htc phones will be compatible to that of vogue?i think vogue specific socket will be very hard to come by as the phone is not officially available here. Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted October 13, 2009 all htc phones have a generic usb pin aka 11 connector pin these 11pins do job of charging , connecting to pc , handsfree , each set of pins has their repective function ur problem either cud be that ur usb pins resposnible for connecting to pc might have gone bad or the pins/lines on pcb might have gone dry in either case its very much repairable , i dont know in ur city , but here in mumbai , in manish market these sorts of repairs are very common ,takes around 1hr and charges range between 600-1200rs depending upon where the fault lies .
