petercarlyle 1 Report post Posted October 27, 2009 I have applied for a new GSM connection in Rudrapur (Uttaranchal) and have submitted my documentation. The papers were collected by the local ASM but not submitted till date; now who is responsible for this mishap. My connection has been disconnected. The customer service cannot solve the issue. I have also deposited INR 51 for life time STD but that too is not provided though sms received; I have been informed that I will have to do it again. Who is to take responsibility for inefficiency of staff? Does the policy of affirmative action exist? Is there any coordination between customer care and the people on the field? The Reliance Signal at Champawat (Uttarakhand) has been dead for over 72 hours and the response for its rectification has been uncertain.
