The amount of incentive is to be calculated separately for each telephone. All bills should be paid to be eligible under the scheme. In case some bill remains unpaid, the subscriber is not eligible under SIS. However, if all bills are paid before 30-11-2004, the subscriber would be given the above incentive. 3. The incentive is available only to telephones in individual names. The connections working in the name of any firm, organization including those working in the name of Government (Central/State) or Semi Government Organization or PSU's etc. are not covered under this scheme. 4. The, incentive is available only to those subscribers who are under BSNL's general package. This incentive is not applicable to the subscribers who have opted for alternate package such as Economy, Special or Super or are getting incentive by inclusion of their telephone under special discount schemes like CAHS, etc. The individual subscribers who were under General Package during part of the year 2003-04 & balance under any alternative package, will be eligible based on the amount billed and paid under the General package alone. The subscribers, who have already closed their connection at the time of disbursement of ITC cards, will not be eligible for this incentive. 5. The incentive may be given to the eligible customers preferably during the month of Dec 2004. The customer's choice for mix of value of cards shall be accommodated to the extent possible. SOURCE they have made things more clear than reliance. in RIM we will come to know about amount awarded only when we get it . above all it can be used for local calls, std, ISD, INternet.
